Bartender Job Description
We are looking for a professional, high-energy Bartender with excellent communication skills to serve craft beer to our customers. The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend different beer styles upon request. You will also upsell items, utilize proper equipment and handle basic cleaning duties.
To succeed as a Bartender, you should be presentable and have an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, personable, willing, and eager to learn and work well with others and be a team player.
Bartender Responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers, reading, and listening to people to determine beer preferences, making recommendations, and taking beer orders.
* Informing customers about new beers and specials.
* Selecting proper glassware.
* Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
* Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
* Maintaining a clean work and customer area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
Bartender Requirements:
* High School Diploma.
* Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Flexible Schedule
* Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
* Basic math and computer skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong task and time management abilities.
* Eye for detail and understanding of pouring a beer and proper cleaning techniques.

Assistant Cellarman
We are looking for an Assistant Cellarman to join our Production Team!
Job Description: The Assistant Cellarman is responsible for working with the Cellarman in maintaining all cellar operations involving fermentation, conditioning, and packaging of beer. This is an entry-level position for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the craft beer industry. The Assistant Cellarman will report to the Head Brewer and work with the brewing team on monitoring fermentation (gravity, carbonation, temperatures, PH, DO, etc.), sampling and participating in taste panels. They will also be expected to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, providing accurate and legible records, following all SOPs and safety protocols
Responsibilities (all cellar operations including but not limited to):

Handling and regular inventory management of raw materials

Vessel Clean In Place ( CIP )
-
Assist Cellarman to Transfer beer from Fermentation Vessel to Brite Tank
-
Keg cleaning
-
Yeast harvesting & propagation
-
Detailed Record Keeping (utilizing Beer Sheets provided)

Receiving deliveries
-
Assist in routine maintenance on equipment
-
Cleaning floors, drains, walls, outside of tanks
-
Follow Proper SOPS for cleaning tanks and prepping for transfers

Packaging beer in kegs
-
Work on canning line as part of packaging team

Assist Preventative maintenance on various equipment
-
Arrange the cooler, put together distribution orders and wrap pallets

Using instruments such as a Zahm, Dissolved Oxygen Meter and other laboratory testing devices

Perform Fermentation checks, gravity testing, PH, Diacetyl, and Forced Fermentation tests
-
Cleaning the floors, outsides of tanks, miscellaneous parts, floor drains, walls etc.

Dry-hopping and other post-fermentation additions to the beer
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of handling hot grain, lift 55+ pounds repeatedly and 165lbs waist high. Ability to handle hot and cold liquids as well as handle oak barrels. Work in a high temperature environment, 90+ degrees as well as working cold environments of 34 degrees. Capable of proper handling of hazardous materials and operation of complex machinery. Frequent bending, pushing, lifting, kneeling and reaching.
Knowledge:

We require a sound understanding of the brewing process.

Must be able to strictly follow recipes and our standard operating procedures.

Writing and math skills necessary to accurately measure volume, flow, density, weight, length, pressure, and other unit conversions, calculate beer volumes/losses, and alcohol content.

Capacity to manage multiple tasks and exhibit apt time management skills. Must have flexible schedule, some weekends required as well as some travel for beer related events.
Requirements: Must be 21+ years old and have proof of eligibility to work in the US.
Must have transportation and be able to work in both facilities located in Casselberry and Longwood FL.
Experience: This is an Entry Level Position. Craft Beer and Brewing knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn and passion for the craft is a must.

Sales Representative
Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for craft beer? We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Rep to join our team! The Sales Rep will be the outside face of our expanding brewery. They will be responsible for promoting our award-winning craft beers and handling outside sales to key accounts. They will maintain current relationships and help foster new ones. The Sales Rep will work directly with our distribution partners and sales management team to hit target sales goals and growth numbers.
Responsibilities Include:

Increasing distribution and volume across key on and off premise accounts

Work with sales management team to create and achieve yearly sales goals

Work with the marketing and brewing staff to coordinate releases, allocations, and market availability

Develop and maintain relationships with core accounts

Converse with and educate retail account managers, buyers, and consumers on our products

Assist in all local events within the territory such as tap takeovers, beer fests, beer dinners and in-store tastings

Merchandise product on shelves and in coolers and manage freshness of product in the market

Constantly seek out opportunities in the market

Thoroughly plan and record all sales activity and required reporting
Requirements:

Possess a passion for craft beer

Reliable car and a valid driver’s license

Must have a strong knowledge of the craft beer industry, including the three-tier system
